Today I read that the population of African cities will rise, of course Lagos and Cairo, is never new news.
In fact they should not bother to report unless they are reporting interesting things eg: an instant solution to the traffic in Lagos and corruption and electricity shortage has been found and implemented with immediate effect and has excellent results.
Just wondering, if I lived in Lagos, would this be great news I would love to hear or would I be now looking for a sparsely populated country with a working government, no traffic and constant electricity to hibernate to?
Looks like the Sun newspaper had nothing interesting to report today, this was their 'best' story on Jay-Z.
A story about him when he was 12, really? Is that some juice to tell us, when the man is 40? Almost half a century year old? But I have worked in a newsroom before, sometimes there is no news, so you have to thumbsuck, look busy over your pc to avoid your huffing and puffing temperamental editor who keeps singing the nonrhythmic words "deadline is near!"
Lucky are those who have not been infected by HIV, there is always some form of prevention for them.....unlike those who are infected...I will not even comment on this topic..not jus yet...http://www.voanews.com/english/news/africa/decapua-aids-prep-23nov10-110140919.html?utm_source=twitterfeed&utm_medium=twitter
